What happens next
This request is submitted for review. It does not produce an automatic price, a booking or acceptance of a shipment. Scope and conditions are reviewed before booking.
Technical details can follow
The initial request can be submitted without the tariff classification, goods value or Incoterm. These details are requested only when needed for the service.

Before requesting a quote
Is a tariff classification required to request a quote?
It is not required for the initial request. A tariff classification identifies goods for customs purposes; the team reviews whether it is needed for the requested service.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL means a full container for one shipment. LCL is consolidated cargo sharing a container. Provide the goods to be moved so the team can review which mode can be quoted.
Can only part of the shipment be requested?
The required service can be enquired about separately. The quotation defines included legs and procedures and those requiring an additional agreement.
When are onboarding documents provided?
Onboarding takes place before operations begin with a new customer. The team explains which documents are needed and how to provide them; they are not attached to the initial website request.
Does a request confirm a price or booking?
The request allows the shipment to be reviewed. Prices, included services and terms are defined in the quotation before booking.
What does Incoterm mean?
It is an international trade term allocating costs and risks between buyer and seller. Include it if known; it is not required for the initial request.
